Popular Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa has announced the release of his latest music video ‘Qatal,’ now available on YouTube. The artist shared the news with fans through an Instagram post, urging them to check out the official video.

In the post, Randhawa highlights that the music video is directed by noted choreographer Bosco Martis. The image accompanying the announcement shows what appears to be a still from the video, featuring Randhawa in performance mode, suggesting a high-energy production.

This release follows several teaser posts Randhawa shared in recent days building anticipation for ‘Qatal.’ Just a day before the release, he posted: “Dropping on your screens tomorrow at 11AM. Its QATAL time 🔥,” giving fans a specific time to watch for the premiere.

Another pre-release announcement confirmed the project was a collaboration with Warner Music India, with Randhawa noting the video would be available on his YouTube channel. He described it as an “Official music video of QATAL directed by @boscomartis,” highlighting the notable director’s involvement.

The singer has also been actively promoting the song’s dance potential, suggesting in an earlier post that “Qatal will make your dance floors go mad. Do try this at home because its your time to show us some moves.” This indicates the track likely features choreography designed to spark dance trends.

Guru Randhawa, whose real name is Gursharanjot Singh Randhawa, has established himself as one of India’s leading musical artists. Born in Gurdaspur, Punjab, the singer-songwriter rose to fame with hits like “Lahore,” “High Rated Gabru,” and “Suit Suit.”

Randhawa has become known for blending Punjabi music with contemporary pop and hip-hop elements, creating a distinctive sound that has earned him millions of fans globally. His videos typically generate tens of millions of views, with some surpassing hundreds of millions on YouTube.

The release of ‘Qatal’ adds to what appears to be an active period for the artist. In recent weeks, Randhawa has been sharing snippets of various projects and performances, including what he described as “Nawi age de pidan cho aaye #NewAge” (Coming from the new generation), suggesting he’s embracing evolving musical trends.

The collaboration with Bosco Martis, one of India’s most respected choreographers who has worked on numerous Bollywood blockbusters, suggests ‘Qatal’ will feature strong visual elements and dance sequences. Martis, as part of the famous Bosco-Caesar choreography duo, has created some of Indian cinema’s most memorable dance numbers.

Warner Music India’s backing of the project further indicates the growing global interest in Indian artists and particularly those like Randhawa who have successfully crossed over from regional fame to national and international recognition.

Fans can now watch the complete ‘Qatal’ music video on Guru Randhawa’s YouTube channel, where they can experience the full production that the artist has been teasing in recent weeks.
