Veteran actor Hiten Tejwani is set to make his comeback on Colors with a new show titled Meri Bhavya Life. He shared the news through a gripping Instagram post, hinting at high-stakes drama right from the first episode.
Premiering on 30th April at 7 pm on Colors TV and JioHotstar, Meri Bhavya Life takes a look at society’s fixation with physical appearance. It features Prisha Dhatwalia as Bhavya, a confident, gold medalist architect who starts over after being left at the altar by a man who just wanted her for her father’s status.
Tejwani plays Nitin Jaiswal, a disciplined, self-made textile entrepreneur and father to Rishank, portrayed by Karan Vohra. Rishank is portrayed as fitness-driven and constantly seeking approval, a sharp contrast to Bhavya and serves as her primary opposition in this story of growth and identity.
‘Pehli hi mulaqat mein mod li hai inhone takraar,’ Tejwani teased in his post, pointing to the immediate tension between the characters. The show marks Tejwani’s return to Colors after a long break, with the actor calling this character ‘special’ and ‘personal.’
