Siddharth Anand Promotes ‘Jewel Thief’ With Romantic Song ‘Ilzaam’ Ahead Of Netflix Release

Filmmaker Siddharth Anand has shared a romantic update from his upcoming production ‘Jewel Thief,’ highlighting the release of a new song titled ‘Ilzaam’ ahead of the film’s Netflix premiere on April 25.

The director took to Instagram to promote the romantic track with the caption, “When love speaks, even silence sounds like a melody.❤️ #Ilzaam is streaming now.” The post features a romantic visual from the movie, capturing an intimate moment that reflects the emotional theme of the track.

In the post, Anand also reminded followers about the upcoming release date: “Watch Jewel Thief, out on 25 April, only on Netflix.” The post tagged the film’s key cast members including Saif Ali Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat, along with actress Nikita Dutta and other members of the production team.

‘Jewel Thief’ is positioned as a high-stakes heist thriller starring Saif Ali Khan in the lead role. Based on previous promotional content from the production team, the film carries the tagline: “The art of the perfect heist comes with a dangerous price.” The project is a collaborative effort between Marflix Pictures and T-Series, with Netflix serving as the exclusive streaming platform.

Directed by Cookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, the film appears to blend elements of danger, deception, and desire, centered around a valuable diamond. As suggested by earlier promotional posts, Saif Ali Khan’s character seems to be a master thief with the world on his trail, but who stays “ahead of the game.”

Behind the scenes, the film benefits from the collaborative work of Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand as producers. The soundtrack features music by multiple artists, with Ilzaam composed by Soundtrek–Anis Ali Sabri. The track is sung by Vishal Mishra and Shilpa Rao, with lyrics written by Kumaar.

‘Ilzaam’ isn’t the first song release from the film. Just days earlier, the production team launched another track titled ‘Jaadu,’ described as an addictive disco number. Choreographed by Piyush Bhagat and Shazia Samji, ‘Jaadu’ was promoted with the tagline “Warning: This song is addictive” and features music from OAFF and Savera, with vocals by Raghav Chaitanya.

As April 25 approaches, Netflix and the production team continue to build anticipation for what promises to be a stylish, high-stakes heist thriller. With its combination of star power, music releases, and thriller elements, ‘Jewel Thief’ appears positioned as a major addition to Netflix’s growing catalog of Indian original films.
