Actress Bhagyashree Patwardhan is back with another installment of her popular wellness series, offering practical fitness advice for people of all activity levels and ages.

The post is part of her regular “Tuesday Tips with B” series, where she shares health and wellness guidance with her followers.

The video shows Bhagyashree performing various exercises while seated in a chair. “Aaram karna achha hein! (Resting is good!)” she wrote in her caption, followed by practical advice on incorporating movement even during rest periods. “Chair exercizes work for everyone, the elderly, the lazy, the workoholic! A quick, simple circuit to activate those sleepy muscles.”

Bhagyashree, who rose to fame opposite Salman Khan in the 1989 blockbuster “Maine Pyar Kiya,” has recently transformed into a wellness advocate. At 55, she regularly shares fitness routines, nutritional advice, and self-care tips with her followers.
