Bollywood actress Adah Sharma has shared her grief and anger over the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, announcing she will host an Instagram live session chanting the Bhagwad Gita for the victims of the tragedy.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Sharma expressed her deep sorrow over the incident. “The terrorist attack in Pahalgam has left me deeply saddened and helpless. My heart breaks for the families who have lost their loved ones — their grief is unimaginable, their sorrow beyond anything words can touch,” she wrote.
Calling For Decisive Action
The actress didn’t mince words when calling for accountability, stating: “I hope swift and decisive action is taken against the terrorists, that it not only punishes them but also sends a clear forceful message, striking fear into anyone who dares to even think of committing such an act.”
Sharma mentioned that various media channels have approached her for quotes and invited her to participate in news channel debates regarding the attack. However, she admitted struggling to articulate her emotions, saying, “It’s very difficult for me to put my sadness and anger into words. Prayer is the only option for me.”
Prayer Through Bhagwad Gita Chanting
As a response to the tragedy, Adah announced she would conduct an Instagram live session this weekend, chanting the Bhagwad Gita for the victims of the Pahalgam attack. She invited her followers to join her, promising to share the exact timing soon.
This spiritual approach aligns with Sharma’s previous expressions of faith. Just days ago, on Hanuman Jayanti, she had shared a celebratory post with the caption “Happy Hanuman Jayanti ❀️Jai Bajarangbali ❤️🔥” showing her connection to Hindu traditions.
