Indian actress and youth icon Anushka Sen is set to host a new show titled ‘God of Beauty’, a spin-off of the popular ‘God of Travel’ series. The announcement came through her official Instagram account, where she shared details about her collaboration with AsiaLab, a media company focused on bringing Asian entertainment markets together.
The new show, planned by AsiaLab CEO Lee Jungsub, will feature Anushka visiting and interviewing top K-Beauty companies in South Korea. The show aims to explore Korean beauty brands’ expansion into the Indian market, offering viewers insights into K-beauty trends, products, and business strategies.
According to the announcement, the show will be released on YouTube through Asia Lab TV. The talk show will feature prominent executives from Korea’s beauty industry, including CEO Son Seung-woo of Yeoti, CMO Choi Yoon-jin of Innisfree, and CMO Laehee Kim of Classys. The Instagram post includes a carousel of images showing Anushka Sen in conversation with various guests for the show, highlighting her role as the face of this new K-Beauty initiative.
Anushka Sen began her career as a child actress in the TV show ‘Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli’ and gained popularity for her role as Meher in ‘Baalveer’. The 22-year-old actress has been actively building her international presence, especially in South Korea. Her recent activities include a dance collaboration with choreographer Lia Kim at the renowned 1Million Dance Studio, one of Korea’s most prestigious dance studios.
‘God of Beauty’ aligns with Anushka’s growing presence in the beauty and fashion space. The launch also comes at a time when Korean beauty products and techniques are gaining significant traction in the Indian market.
